Privacy Policy
This document "Privacy Policy" (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") contains the rules for the InterCargoTruck LLC (hereinafter referred to as "We" and/or "Administration") use of the data of the Internet users (hereinafter referred to as "You" and/or "User") collected using the website https://ictruck.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").
1. The data that are processed
1.1. We do not collect your personal data using the Site.
1.2. All data collected on the Site are provided and received in a depersonalized form (hereinafter referred to as "Depersonalized data").
1.3. Depersonalized data include the following information that does not allow You to be identified:
1.3.1. The information You provide about yourself and by yourself using the Site's online forms and software modules, including your name or phone number and/or email address.
1.3.2. The data that are transferred in a depersonalized form automatically depending on the settings of the software You use.
1.4. The Administration has the right to set requirements for the composition of the User's Depersonalized data collected using the Site.
1.5. If certain information is not marked as mandatory, its provision or disclosure is carried out by the User at their own discretion and on their own initiative.
1.6. The Administration does not verify the authenticity of the provided data and whether the User has the necessary consent to their processing in accordance with this Policy, considering that the User acts in good faith, carefully, and makes all necessary efforts to maintain such information in an up-to-date state and obtain all necessary consents to its use.
1.7. You are aware of and accept the possibility of using third-party software on the Site, as a result of which such third parties may receive and transfer the data specified in clause 1.3 in a depersonalized form.
1.8. The composition and conditions of collection of depersonalized data using third-party software are determined directly by their right holders and may include:
o    browser data (type, version, cookies);
o    device data and location;
o    operating system data (type, version, screen resolution);
o    query data (time, referral link, IP address).
1.9. The Administration takes no responsibility for the usage of User's Depersonalized data by third parties.

2. The purposes of data processing
2.1. The Administration uses the data for the following purposes:
2.1.1. Processing of incoming requests and communication with the User;
2.1.2. Information service, including mailing of advertising and informational materials;
2.1.3. Conducting marketing, statistical and other researches;
2.1.4. Targeting of advertising materials on the Site.
3. Data protection requirements
3.1. The Administration stores data and ensures their protection against unauthorized access and distribution in accordance with internal rules and regulations.
3.2. Confidentiality is maintained regarding the received data, except when they are made publicly available by the User, and when the technologies used on the Site and the third-party software, or software settings used by the User involve open exchange with such parties and/or other participants and users of the Internet.
3.3. To improve the quality of work, the Administration has the right to keep log files about actions taken by the User when using the Site for 1 (one) year.
4. Data transfer
4.1. The Administration has the right to transfer data to third parties in the following cases:
o    The User has expressed their consent to such actions, including cases, where the User uses such settings of the software used that do not limit the provision of certain information;
o    The transfer is necessary as part of the User's use of the Site's functionality;
o    The transfer is necessary in accordance with the purposes of the data processing;
o    In connection with the transfer of the Site to the possession, use or ownership of such a third party;
o    At the request of a court or other authorized state body within the framework of the procedure established by law;
o    To protect the rights and legitimate interests of the Administration in connection with violations committed by the User.
5. Changing the Privacy Policy
5.1. This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Administration unilaterally without prior notice to the User. The new version of the Policy enters into force from the moment of its posting on the Site, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy.
